Researchers with Mission Connection, a mental health services provider, sought to find the "most Zen" cities across America to pinpoint where people are feeling the most relaxed. Their findings are based on Google review scores a of October 2024.
As it turns out, there are nine spots in California that made the 150-city list. This includes one San Diego-area city. Can you guess which one?

The "most zen" city in America, based on this study, is Sedona, Arizona. As noted by Mission Connection, Sedona is "considered by many to hold powerful spiritual energy." It's also a wellness hub, attracting visitors from around the world seeking tranquility and inner peace.
