TGI Fridays closes last Capital Region location
TGI Fridays, located at 3060 Route 50 in Wilton, has permanently closed its doors. The closure was confirmed to NEWS10 by an employee at the restaurant.
WILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- TGI Fridays, located at 3060 Route 50 in Wilton, has permanently closed its doors. The closure was confirmed to NEWS10 by an employee at the restaurant.
The restaurant closed for good on Thursday, October 24. The Wilton location is also no longer on the TGI Fridays website. Earlier this month, TGI Fridays closed its Clifton Park location. In January, the Stuyvesant Plaza location closed.
The Wilton location was the last TGI Fridays in the Capital Region. According to the TGI Fridays website, the nearest location is now in Yonkers, which is also the last location left in New York.
A TGI Fridays spokesperson has not yet responded to NEWS10’s request for comment.
