A local hospital needs help identifying a man who was found critically injured in San Bernardino.
On Nov. 12, the male patient was discovered unconscious at a Motel 6 located at 777 West 6th Street at around 1 p.m.
He was transported to the St. Bernardine Medical Center where he remains hospitalized in critical condition.
No personal belongings were found at the time to help hospital staff identify him.
He is described as a Hispanic male in his 40s who stands 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs around 189 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
Hospital workers have released a photo of the man in hopes someone may have recognized him.
