Lauren-Michael Sellers spent much of her childhood and early formative—and performative—years in Rockwood schools, participating in musical theater camps and community theater shows. She attended Eureka Elementary, LaSalle Springs Middle, and Eureka High before moving just a few months into her freshman year.
Now residing in Nashville, Tennessee, the "County Music Capital of the World," Sellers appeared on the Oct. 14 blind audition episode of "The Voice." She won over all four celebrity judges—Michael Bublé, Gwen Stefani, Reba McIntyre, and Snoop Dogg—with her rendition of "Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)" by Hillsong United. Sellers chose to join the country music superstar's team for the season.
Sellers next appeared on the Oct. 28 episode in a head-to-head performance battle against another member of Reba McIntyre's team. Reba picked Sellers to advance to the knockout round.
The knockout stage takes place over three episodes on Nov. 11, Nov. 12, and Nov. 18. It's unknown which of the remaining episodes Sellers will perform.
