Farmington woman dead after being struck by a vehicle on MO Route 32
A 48-year-old Farmington woman was killed in a car crash on Missouri Route 32 after being struck by a Chevrolet Colorado, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY, Mo. - A Farmington woman was left dead overnight Monday morning after being struck by a vehicle on Missouri Route 32.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP), the crash took place around 1:50 a.m. on Missouri Route 32, just a quarter of a mile east of Flat River Road. The accident involved a Chevrolet Colorado.
Officials say the collision happened while the Chevrolet Colorado was traveling westbound on Route 32 and struck the 48-year-old woman who was standing in the second lane of Route 32, according to MSHP. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Chevrolet Colorado did not face any injuries from the crash, according to MSHP.
