South Metro Fire Rescue said in a post on X that the agency has crews on the scene near 8250 Park Meadows Dr. The building has offices for multiple businesses.
A 2-inch gas line ruptured after a vehicle crashed into a gas meter, according to the agency, causing a "significant gas smell" in the surrounding area.
South Metro Fire Rescue said evacuations are underway in the vicinity and all businesses in the area have been evacuated.
Xcel Energy crews are on the scene working to shut off gas to a building, the agency said.
SkyFOX flew over the scene and noticed several vehicles and crews at the scene.
