A crash at East 100th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard fully closed the intersection, according to a Monday evening social media announcement by the Thornton Police Department.
The agency urges commuters to use alternate routes as it continues to investigate the collision.
“Information is limited right now but we do believe this crash will involve serious bodily injury,” a TPD spokesperson said.
“We will provide updates as they become available.”
