The Albany Police Department is looking for two missing vulnerable adults.
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Albany Police Department is looking for two missing vulnerable adults.
Around 2:40 p.m. Monday, Deeon Fields, 71 left a home on M.C. Crossin Avenue and was last seen around 3:45 p.m. near New Scotland Avenue. Fields has dementia and was last seen wearing green sweatpants with a graffiti design, blue sneakers and a mid-length brown jacket.
Police are also searching for Jennifer Swartz.
Swartz. 42, was last seen around 1:30 a.m. leaving 33 South Ferry St. and has not returned. Swartz has a traumatic brain injury and mental health concerns. She was last seen wearing a red jacket, light colored pants, and carrying a backpack.
Anyone with information on either woman's whereabouts is asked to call police at (518) 462-8039.
