1. New information in Central Ave. dog attack investigation
New details are emerging in the dog attack that claimed the life of a man two weeks ago at a house on Central Avenue and NEWS10 has learned new information about the investigation.
2. Car crashes into Ted’s Fish Fry in Brunswick
A car crashed into Ted’s Fish Fry on Hoosick Road in Brunswick Tuesday evening. There was heavy damage to the vehicle and the front of the building.
3. Forum with Ukrainian journalists Wednesday night
Three journalists from Ukraine are in the Capital Region, sharing their experiences and challenges of reporting since Russia’s full-scale invasion in February of 2022 in a forum moderated by NEWS10’s Lydia Kulbida. Anna Rudenko, Vladyslav Faraponov, and Anastasiia Rudenko will be at the Times Union’s Hearst Media Center at 645 Albany Shaker Road.
4. Man released from prison in unique case, killed in Albany
Police confirmed Mohammed Poquee, was the victim of a Sunday morning shooting in Albany. Poquee was just released from prison last year after serving over 20 years on rape charges.
5. Do you need an ID to vote in New York?
After the Attorney General’s Office relayed a complaint they’d received on Sunday, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Department took down someone’s political sign claiming that voters need identification to vote. The Ulster County Board of Elections stressed to locals that voting at the polls does not require IDs, calling out apparent misinformation.
