$3.9M Littleton home for sale with hand-carved woodwork
A Littleton man is selling his home for millions after hand-carving parts of the house.
DENVER (KDVR) — A Littleton man is selling his home for millions after hand-carving parts of the house.
From the outside of 7188 Raphael Lane, it's a Tuscan-inspired home that sits along the renowned country club, Ravenna. From the inside, the details of the house reflect the seller's hobbies with everything from wood carvings along the ceiling to a space where he kept a collection of vintage toys.
Walking into the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath house, the trim and cabinetry are crafted by the seller. Meanwhile, the stonework is hand-chipped and hand-painted with murals of the Amalfi Coast and the Tuscan countryside.
Here's a look inside the $3,995,000 home.
The collector's side of the seller can also be seen throughout portions of the house.
The seller kept a collection of vintage toys from the '70s and '80s, which was at one time the third-largest Star Wars collection in the United States, according to the listing, but that doesn't come with the house.
The collection will leave its mark on the house. The basement features custom shelving units to house anything from sports, pop culture and music memorabilia collections.
Other than craftsmanship and a collector's paradise, the mansion also has a wet bar, game room, wine cellar, movie room, sauna, outdoor patio and heated driveway.
The full listing can be found on Sotheby's International Realty.
