Whitehall man pleads guilty to weapon, drug charges

A Whitehall man pleaded guilty to weapon and drug possession in Saratoga County on Wednesday. The District Attorney's Office of Saratoga County said Donald C. Tomlinson pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- A Whitehall man pleaded guilty to weapon and drug possession in Saratoga County on Wednesday. The District Attorney's Office of Saratoga County said Donald C. Tomlinson pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Court officials said Tomilson admitted to brandishing a gun at a 47-year-old victim, saying he was going to kill the person on July 13, 2024, at 10 p.m. in the parking lot of Lake George Residence Inn on Saratoga Road. Tomlinson was arrested again on February 3, 2025, for drug possession, which he also pleaded guilty to.

Tomlinson is scheduled for sentencing on April 2 at 11:30 a.m. for the weapon charge and 2 p.m. for the drug.
