Austin Film Festival
The Austin Film Festival features a ton of features, shorts, and animated works that are all must see. Kicking off Thursday, the Austin Film Festival will run through October 31st.
Each day, films will be featured with speakers sprinkled throughout the afternoon at The Paramount Theater. The festival is celebrating its 31st year and will be showing around 180+ features.
There will be over 200 panels with screenwriters from TV shows and movies. Passes are still available to purchase online.
Austin Symphony Orchestra presents: Star Wars: The Empire Strike Back
The fifth episode in the Star Wars saga had a big reveal where (SPOILER ALERT!) Darth Vader shares he is Luke Skywalkers father! Shocker, we know. Now, you'll be able to relive this moment and so many more as the Austin Symphony Orchestra presents: Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back on Friday October 25th at the Long Center at 7:30pm.
There will be a red carpet, merchandise from the series, and specialty drinks with Star Wars themes that you can enjoy. Tickets are still available online.
