Walmart's second Black Friday Deals event kicked off on Monday, Nov. 25 with a $178 55-inch 4K Roku TV, $29 JBL noise-cancelling headphones, and new record-low prices on several Apple gadgets.

The deals will be up for grabs online and on the Walmart mobile app through Sunday, Dec. 1, unless they sell out first — though a few items that disappeared earlier in the week were back in stock at the time of writing. That includes $30 digital copies of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and a $49 Nintendo Switch Pro Controller.

Select offers from the sale will make their way to Walmart stores at 6 a.m. local time on Nov. 29, aka Black Friday proper.

The big-box store joined other major retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, and Target in dropping Black Friday deals well ahead of the actual holiday. It launched its first round of doorbusters on Nov. 11.

Mashable's team of deal-hunting pros knows how to distinguish good discounts from duds (having covered Black Friday sales since 2017), and we're keeping a running list of Walmart's top holiday deals on popular tech and gifts this season. That includes TVs, laptops, headphones, gaming gear, vacuums, beauty tech, and Legos.

Keep scrolling to see our picks — and check back often, as Walmart plans to drop additional deals randomly throughout the week as its Black Friday Deals event progresses. A quick FYI that Walmart doesn't do price matches, but its extended return/exchange policy is in effect through Dec. 31. It covers most items purchased in stores and online.

Note: All newly added or updated deals have been marked with a , while struck-through deals were sold out at the time of writing.

Best Apple Deal

Apple Watch SE, 2nd Gen (40mm, GPS)
$149.00 at Walmart
$249.00 Save $100.00

Why we like it:

A 2022 release, Apple's current entry-level smartwatch features activity tracking, high/low heart rate alerts, Crash Detection, and a decently long battery life — it lasted for just over 27 hours per charge in our testing. (Mashable Tech Editor Kim Gedeon recommends it for "fitness-focused" users.) Walmart has everyone else beat on the price of the smaller 40mm size sans cellular connectivity except for Amazon, which is matching its $100 discount during its own Black Friday sale. It was $169 at Best Buy and $169.99 at Target when we last checked. Your color options are midnight and starlight.

Best TV deal

Hisense 55-inch R6 4K Roku TV
$178.00 at Walmart
$278.00 Save $100.00

Why we like it:

This is simply the cheapest TV deal we've seen in the 55-inch size category this Black Friday season, and the competition is pretty darn strong. Best Buy's least-expensive contender is hovering at a similar $179.99, while Amazon's cheapest option costs $299.99 — though that model has a nicer, brighter QLED display. (If you do want to bump up to QLED, Walmart still has Amazon beat: A 55-inch QLED 4K TV, also by Hisense, is $288 at the big-box store.)

Best gaming deal

Why we like it:

Read Mashable's full review of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

The stunning sequel to Breath of the Wild was one of Mashable's favorite games of 2023, and it's never been this cheap before. (It actually sold out once at this price earlier in the week; it was back in stock at the time of writing.) Note that Walmart's deal only applies to digital copies of ToTK, which means you won't get anything to wrap — but you will be able to start playing it immediately.

Note: The Nintendo Switch Mario Kart 8 Deluxe holiday bundles are both cheaper at Target and Best Buy, so avoid buying them from Walmart unless they're out of stock elsewhere.

Best headphone/earbud deal

JLab JBuds Lux ANC
$29.00 at Walmart
$79.99 Save $50.99

Why we like it:

Full disclosure: Our initial reaction to seeing this deal was, Is this allowed? Twenty-nine bucks is a surprisingly and stupidly low price on a really solid pair of comfortable budget headphones that have good noise cancellation and a long battery life. (JLab has rated them at up to 70 hours; we're currently testing them and feel like that's accurate.) Elsewhere, the JBuds Lux ANC are going for $46.99 at Amazon and $49.99 on the JLab website, so no idea how Walmart finagled this one. Choose from four colors: graphite, cloud, green, and mauve.
