U.S. Marshals arrest man for murder of 16-year-old in East St. Louis
EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. - A 37-year-old man was arrested by U.S. Marshals last week in connection to the shooting death of a 16-year-old and later charged with first-degree murder.

According to Illinois State Police, John Mosley, 37, of Belleville, Illinois, was arrested for the fatal shooting in the 3000 block of Converse Avenue in East St. Louis on October 30.
When East St. Louis Police responded to a request for a homicide investigation, they found the 16-year-old victim struck by gunfire. The victim was taken to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
After investigation, ISP agents identified Mosley as a suspect for the victim's death. Mosley was charged on Friday with first-degree murder, aggravated discharge of a firearm, and felon in possession of a firearm stemming from a deadling shooting.
Mosley is being held at the St. Clair County Jail.
