UPDATE: Missing Virginia Beach Woman Dalina Pennell Found Safe

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The Virginia Beach Police Department has confirmed that Dalina Pennell, the 44-year-old woman reported missing earlier this month, has been found safe.

Pennell was last seen on Saturday, November 2, 2024, in the 700 block of Lynch Lane. According to the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD), Pennell had informed someone she was going to a hospital on the same day but was not located at any local hospitals. Her phone has been off since she was last seen, leading authorities to issue a public call for assistance in locating her.

The VBPD reached out to the community, urging anyone with information about Pennell’s whereabouts to contact a Missing Persons Detective at (757) 385-4101.

Fortunately, the search has now concluded with a positive outcome, as Dalina Pennell has been located and is safe. The Virginia Beach Police Department thanked the public for their assistance in spreading awareness about her disappearance.
