TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The city of Troy's annual tree lighting ceremony took place on Thursday. This year had many of the traditions surrounding the ceremony, but there was one big difference.
The 42nd annual Troy Victorian Stroll will now be happening from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday rather than being paired with the lighting ceremony. This year's stroll will have 18 performances and a greater emphasis on diversity.
