TRAFFIC ALERT: Person ejected from vehicle following collision with tree in north Austin

AUSTIN (KXAN) — First responders arrived at the scene Thursday of a collision involving an ejection.
According to Austin-Travis County EMS, the incident occurred at approximately 6:15 p.m. near the 7600 block of Guadalupe Street in north Austin.
ATCEMS and the Austin Fire Department were at the scene where a vehicle crashed into a tree.
According to ATCEMS, two adult patients were involved in the incident, and one was possibly ejected from the vehicle. Medics at the scene declared both patients trauma alerts.
ATCEMS said the patients were being taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Traffic delays are expected in the area.
