(KRON) -- The Tracy Police Department (TPD) said it worked with school resource officers to identify and arrest a man accused of groping two juvenile girls in three separate incidents.
TPD said the incidents happened in the area of Lowell Avenue and Lincoln Boulevard, and that it was notified of the crimes Wednesday.
Tomas Terraza Santay, 26, of Tracy, was arrested at his home Thursday, and booked into the San Joaquin County Jail, said Tracy police.
