A tractor trailer caught on fire on Interstate 64 going eastbound on Friday in Chesterfield, closing eastbound and westbound lanes.
CHESTERFIELD, Mo. - A tractor trailer caught on fire on Interstate 64 going eastbound on Friday around 12 p.m. in Chesterfield, closing eastbound and westbound lanes.
Traffic has been stalled four miles from Interstate 270 going eastbound on I-64 in Chesterfield due to the fire. Reportedly, the tractor trailer is a refrigerated truck, and the cab has been unhooked and pulled from the trailer.
The Chesterfield Fire Department has not yet responded to the scene.
