BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- The Town of Tonawanda and Village of Kenmore announced that the overnight winter parking ban will be delayed due to warmer weather.
The bans have been delayed until Sunday, Dec. 1 and will be in place until March 15. During this time, parking on town and village streets will be prohibited from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
