Top Trader Reveals Top 5 Altcoins: Optimism, Arbitrum, Woo Network, Wormhole, and Dogecoin
  • Top Analyst Michael Van de Pop has suggested that Optimism, Arbitrum, Woo Network, Wormhole, and Dogecoin could be on the verge of a bullish outlook considering the approval of Ethereum ETFs.
  • The approval of Ethereum ETFs has sent tremors not only to the Ethereum ecosystem but also to the entire cryptocurrency world.

Top crypto analyst, Michael Van de Pop has given his top 5 altcoin picks. This is after the approval of Ethereum ETFs which has sent shockwaves not just within the Ethereum ecosystem, but also the entire cryptocurrency world. Van De Pope believes that this significant event will spark a surge in the Ethereum ecosystem.

Below is a list of altcoins that  Van De Pop has an eye for and believes are headed for a bullish trend.

Optimism (OP)

Leading the pack is Optimism, a Layer-2 scaling solution designed to address Ethereum’s scalability challenges.  As Ethereum’s price continues to surge, platforms like Optimism that ensure efficiency are expected to thrive. This layer-2 program uses roll-up technology, batching up transactions before sending them to the mainnet thus reducing transaction cost and increasing speed.

Van De Pop highlighted Optimism ecosystem growth, putting a limelight on its notable Total Value Locked (TVL) ratio. Additionally, Optimism blusters itself with its low circulating supply further indicating the potential for a price surge. Combining these notable factors, Van De Pop believes OP’s price will surge 300% to 800% in BTC value within the half year.

Arbitrum (ARB)

Seconding in line is Arbitrum, mainly known as the guidance of privacy and security. A layer-2 scaling solution closely competes not far from Optimism for dominance leverages the zero-knowledge rollups. Arbitrum utilizes complex technology ensuring quicker and safer transaction processing.

Although Arbitrum hasn’t mimicked its strong fundamentals, Pop believes ARB is poised for a bullish momentum due to its substantial TVL and ongoing development activity.

He believes this factor poses Arbitrum for a price rebound in the coming future.

Woo Network (WOO)

Boasting high liquidity, low-fee decentralized exchange (DEX), the Woo network appears in Van de Pop’s list of altcoins to buy. Woo as a decentralized exchange benefits from the increasing regulatory scrutiny surrounding centralized exchanges. Woo Network appears in Van’s list due to its advanced technology and the growing user base posing for significant growth due to the growing Ethereum network. Van de Pop predicts that Woo Network’s value will skyrocket by 500% to 1500%.

Wormhole (W)

Wormhole offers interoperability asset transfers across different blockchains. As the Defi ecosystem grows, the sharing of information and data between blockchains becomes essential. Wormhole’s innovative ability to do so puts it a leg up front. As a network to invest in.  Despite being a new player, Wormhole’s potential to gain widespread adoption and integration is undefeated.

Dogecoin (DOGE)

Topping off the list is the popular meme-coin Dogecoin. Dogecoin’s robust community and recently observed price rallies put it on Van’s shortlist. With the memecoin currently trading at $0.1611, a 1% surge in the last month positions DOGE as a volatile token. According to Michael Van de Pop, DOGE is a high-risk, high-reward asset. He highlights during the recent surge of other meme coins and pinpoints that Dogecoin could potentially experience a 4x to 5x increase.
