These are the best deals from Walmarts second Black Friday sale you can shop starting Monday
The best deals from Walmart's upcoming Black Friday Deals event include a $178 55-inch Roku TV, $19 Otterbox iPhone cases, and "The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom" for $30.
UPDATE: Nov. 23, 2024, 4:30 a.m. EST This story has been updated with an advance look at more deals from Walmart's Black Friday Deals event, plus two new FAQs.
Walmart isn't playing coy this holiday season. As the big-box store gears up for the next round of its Black Friday festivities, it's previewing a slew of the top deals well ahead of its start time.
The second Walmart Black Friday Deals event gets underway on Monday, Nov. 25, bringing "the best savings of the season" to the Walmart website and mobile app, per a press release. Paid members of the Walmart+ program can start adding deals to their carts at 12 p.m. ET, or five hours before they open to the general public at 5 p.m. ET. Non-members interested in joining for that head start can save 50% on an annual Walmart+ membership through Dec. 2.
New deals will drop randomly throughout the week as the sale progresses and eventually pops up in stores at 6 a.m. local time on Friday, Nov. 29, or actual Black Friday. They'll be up for grabs through Sunday, Dec. 1, unless they sell out first.
After teasing some of its top doorbusters earlier in the week, Walmart updated its Black Friday Deals landing page on Thursday (Nov. 21) with dozens more offers it's featuring in next week's sale. It bears mentioning that one item's Black Friday deal was already live at the time of writing (NBA 2K25 for $30, normally $69.99), and one item was 1 cent cheaper than its advertised Black Friday price (the Xbox Wireless Controller in astral purple, now $44.99 instead of $64.99; it'll be $45 on Monday).
Walmart's Black Friday restock of the PlayStation Portal ($199) was also live when we last checked — great timing on the heels of its new system update.
Shoppers can't add the rest of the deals to their carts just yet, but knowing them ahead of time is useful for strategizing. Use the intel to vet other retailers' already-live Black Friday deals and decide if you should wait, or come off the fence about a Walmart+ membership if early access feels worth it. (For what it's worth, many of Walmart's upcoming TV and gaming deals feel very sell-out-able.)
Note that Walmart does not offer price matches, but its extended return/exchange policy is in effect through Dec. 31. It covers most items purchased in stores and online.
