Binance Coin’s price bounced 3% today on the news that the SEC would be altering its filings in its case against Binance.

The SEC originally charged Binance Coin (BNB) with selling unregistered securities by allowing a number of specific tokens to trade on its exchange platform. The SEC has now reversed its stance against Binance Coin (BNB) and stated that Binance Coin tokens are no longer considered unregistered securities.

Binance COin (BNB) is not out of the woods yet, however, as the SEC still maintains a number of other charges against the exchange. As a result, Binance Coin fluctuations are expected in Q3.
