Slingerlands bistro closing, opening as Mint in 2025
On November 30, Garden Bistro 24 will close permanently but reopen in 2025 as Mint Restaurant.
SLINGERLANDS, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Garden Bistro 24 is set to permanently on November 30. However, the space will be opening as Mint Restaurant in 2025. A post on Garden Bistro 24's website said the closure is bittersweet but they are excited about the upcoming transformation of the space.
Officials with Mint said they anticipate opening its second location on Saturday, March 1, 2025. Mint opened its first location on Warren Street in Glens Falls nine years ago, offering far-to-table dining, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.
Mint specializes in making everything from scratch with locally grown and produced food. In addition to curating sustainability, its menu showcases what local producers have to offer.
Garden Bistro 24 is offering special discounts on all its menu items until the closing date. The restaurant is located at 5 Vista Boulevard in Slingerlands.
