The incident happened at the intersection of Hebert and North 20th Street in old North St. Louis. Police say a man was suffering from a possible gunshot wound.
We have no word on his condition.
A man who lives nearby is tired of all the gun violence.
“It hurts me because everybody in this community is my family so anybody that fall or get kill over here, yeah it’s gonna hurt me cause this is my community is my family,” the resident said.
