In a significant move for the Shiba Inu community, Shytoshi Kusama, the lead developer of the Shiba Inu project, has actively joined the campaign to secure a listing for the Bone ShibaSwap (BONE) token on the renowned cryptocurrency exchange, Binance. This development marks a pivotal moment in the token’s journey as the community rallies behind its potential inclusion on one of the world’s leading trading platforms.
Shiba Inu army mobilizes for BONE Binance listing
Kusama took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share a link that directs the community to vote for BONE’s listing on Binance. His message was clear and concise, urging the Shiba Inu Army to participate in the voting process. This call to action highlights the community-driven nature of the Shiba Inu project and the importance of collective effort in achieving significant milestones.
Binance Futures Next, a platform recently introduced by Binance, serves as the battleground for this voting endeavor. It allows users to use “Picks,” purchased at 1 USDT each, to nominate tokens for future listings on Binance Futures. With a maximum of 100 Picks per token nomination, the community has shown strong support for BONE, which has emerged as the third most-voted token in the nomination pool, amassing 34,125 Picks from 764 participants.
Overcoming challenges and anticipating listings
Despite the enthusiasm, some community members have faced hurdles in casting their votes, with geographical restrictions on accessing Binance’s website being a notable barrier. However, determined supporters have found workarounds, such as using VPNs, to ensure their votes contribute to BONE’s nomination.
The push for BONE’s listing on Binance is not without its challenges, but the Shiba Inu community’s resolve remains unshaken. The token has already seen listings on other prominent exchanges, including HTX, MEXC, OKX, and Bitget, which underscores its growing acceptance and popularity within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
The effort to list BONE on Binance is driven by a belief in the token’s potential and a desire to see the Shiba Inu ecosystem receive broader recognition and support. As the voting continues, the community waits in anticipation, hoping that their collective action will lead to a successful listing on Binance, further cementing BONE’s position in the market.
