Schenectady man pleads guilty to selling fentanyl pills
A Schenectady man pleaded guilty to selling fentanyl pills.
SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Schenectady man pleaded guilty to selling fentanyl pills. Omar Wynn admitted to selling 1,500 fentanyl pills and almost nine grams of cocaine in 2023.
The fentanyl pills were stamped to appear as if they were oxycodone. The 31 year old agreed to pay $3,000 as proceeds of his crime.
He's scheduled to be sentenced in March 2025. He faces five to 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $5 million.
