SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- After weeks of surveillance of a home on East Harrison Street, police arrested a Saratoga Springs man for allegedly selling and possessing drugs. Police said Micahel Rosebrook, 39, is facing multiple charges.

Police said the investigation began after they received multiple calls from residents about suspicious activity and heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic at all hours of the day. After surveilling the house for weeks, law enforcement obtained a court-ordered search warrant for the home, where they found fentanyl and cocaine, leading to Rosebrook's arrest.

In June, the Saratoga Springs Police Department arrested Rosebrook on felony drug charges and is awaiting final deposition. Rosebrook remains in Saratoga County Jail pending bail of $75,000 cash, $150,000 partial bond, or $750,000 full bond.

Charges

  • Two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance on or near school grounds
  • Three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
  • Tampering with physical evidence
  • First-degree criminal nuisance
  • Seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
