San Diego-Based Super Dentists to Host 25th Annual Spooktacular

The Super Dentists announced it will host its free 25th annual Spooktacular event on Saturday..

The family-friendly event, which will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Eastlake location, will include costume contests for children and adults with guest judges, carnival games, festive photo station, live music, The Super Dentists characters, local vendors, prizes and giveaways.

“Sometimes Halloween events can be too spooky for younger kids — our annual Spooktacular Halloween festival is super family-friendly and has become a huge tradition for San Diego families,” said Dr. Kami Hoss, co-founder of The Super Dentists. “We want families to enjoy the season in a fun, day-time event that is sure to get you into the fall spirit.”

In addition to the event, The Super Dentists will also host its Halloween Candy Buy-Back Program where children can get cash for their candy. Starting the morning after Halloween, kids can bring in candy to any of The Super Dentist’s six local offices and exchange each pound of candy for $1. The program runs from Nov. 1 to Nov. 8 at all of The Super Dentists locations.

Schools can also participate by hosting a fundraiser and using candy collection bins during the same period. The Super Dentists will donate the thousands of pounds of collected candy to active-duty service members to enjoy.
