BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Power has been restored for thousands in the area of Angola, Eden, Evans, Brant and Farnham. Over 9,000 National Grid customers were affected earlier Friday night. A spokesperson with National Grid told WIVB News 4 that the outages are related to equipment failure at a substation.
