Police search for North County homicide suspect
Authorities on Tuesday released a photo of a man suspected in a homicide earlier this month in Oceanside.
OCEANSIDE, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Authorities on Tuesday released a photo of a man suspected in a homicide earlier this month in Oceanside.
The killing occurred on Oct. 4 near 1300 S. Meyers St., the Oceanside Police Department said in a news release.
Police describe the man as African American, around 5 feet 7 inches to 6 feet and 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen at the Oceanside Transit Center on Oct. 4 at 3:40 p.m. boarding a northbound Amtrak train wearing a light gray hoodie, a gray trucker hat with a white mermaid logo, dark cargo pants and dark shoes.
"The public is advised not to approach the individual if seen, as he may be considered
dangerous. Instead, contact law enforcement immediately," the police department said.
