Police: 2 in custody after shots fired at Lakewood PetSmart
Police say "several suspects" were taken into custody after shots were fired at a PetSmart store in Lakewood on Friday afternoon.
DENVER (KDVR) — An adult and a juvenile were taken into custody after shots were fired inside a PetSmart in Lakewood on Friday evening, according to Lakewood police.
There have been no reports of injuries, the Lakewood Police Department said.
The store is located at 160 Wadsworth Blvd.
Video from SkyFOX over the scene showed police vehicles in the parking lot and along the side of the store. A portion of the parking lot in front of the store had been sectioned off with police tape.
