Pedestrian killed in crash on Edens Expressway near Touhy, northbound lanes shut down
A pedestrian was killed in a crash Sunday morning on the Edens Expressway in suburban Lincolnwood.About 6:30 a.m., troopers responded to a crash involving two vehicles and a pedestrian on I-94 northbound at Touhy Avenue, Illinois State Police said.The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, state police said.As of noon, I-94 northbound remained closed with traffic diverted onto Peterson Avenue.State police have not provided any additional information.
