The Fitbit Inspire 3 does everything you’d need a basic fitness tracker to do — it tracks your steps, heart rate, sleep patterns, and more. It also has menstrual health tracking and includes a six-month Premium Fitbit membership, which gives you access to additional health metrics and personalized insights.
While more expensive fitness trackers have additional features like built-in GPS and color displays, the Inspire 3 provides the core functionality most people need. It’s also water-resistant up to 50 meters and has a battery life of 10 days on a single charge.
