WYNANTSKILL, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- New York State Police arrested a Wynantskill man on Tuesday who is accused of photographing two victims without their knowledge or permission while they were undressing. Troopers said Brandon Oot, 39, is charged with two counts of second-degree unlawful surveillance.
Troopers said they first received a complaint on August 22, 2024, about a person who had explicit photos of another person. Law enforcement said after an investigation, Oot was arrested and arraigned in Schodack Town Court before being released under the supervision of the Rensselaer County Probation Department.
Oot is the owner of Core Real Estate Team in North Greenbush and is represented by Andy Safranko. He is scheduled to appear again at Sand Lake Town Court on June 2 at 5 p.m.
"We deny all the allegations and look forward to our day in court," Safranko said.
