ST. LOUIS -- The Kranzberg Arts Foundation is set to transform a building at 2233 Delmar Boulevard into an arts and entertainment complex, potentially bringing 150 jobs to St. Louis' Downtown West neighborhood.
The St. Louis Development Corporation Board of Directors approved $5 million in New Markets Tax Credits for the $6.25 million project on Thursday. The facility will house Logic Systems Holdings, an audio, lighting, and video production company currently based in Valley Park, Missouri.
Logic Systems Holdings plans to relocate its workforce, including approximately 150 full-time employees and up to 100 seasonal part-time workers. The company will occupy the space after the current tenant vacates in the coming months.
Future development plans include new stages for film, television, and music production. The Kranzberg Arts Foundation will also integrate its workforce development program into the facility.
Construction is expected to be completed by Summer 2025, with additional phases to follow.
