ST. LOUIS - Award-winning rapper and St. Louis native, Nelly, will host his annual star-studded Black and White Ball come December in support of the Make-A-Wish Missouri organization.
The celebrity gala will be hosted at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis on Sunday, December 15, as Nelly is joined by a diverse group of invited friends across the entertainment, sports, and business industries.
Janet Jackson, Nick Cannon, Wyclef Jean, Monica, Allen Iverson, Boyz II Men, and several other celebrities were previous attendees and performers since the ball's inception in 2006.
The black-tie event will raise funds for granting wishes of local children with life-threatening medical conditions through Make-A-Wish Missouri. Additionally, the gala will fund scholarships for local St. Louis students to attend Harris-Stowe State University.
“Last year’s Black and White Ball was a huge success,” Nelly said in a press release. “St. Louis showed up in a big way, and we are excited for this year. With the incredible support of our friends, and the St. Louis community, we’re aiming to raise even more funds to make an even bigger impact, and have a great time while doing it!'
