Nelly's Black and White Ball brings celebrities to St. Louis for charity
Nelly's annual Black and White Ball raised funds for the Missouri chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Harris-Stowe State University scholarships, while Nelly and R&B singer Ashanti celebrated the birth of their son in July.
ST. LOUIS -- A star-studded event took center stage in St. Louis Sunday night. Nelly's annual Black and White Ball brought big-name celebrities to downtown St. Louis. The event is Nelly's way of celebrating and giving back to the community.
This year's ball raised money for the Missouri chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and will also fund scholarships for local students to attend Harris-Stowe State University.
The "Country Grammar" rapper recently welcomed a son with R&B singer Ashanti in July after the two rekindled their relationship in 2023 and got married.
