Tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of Dodgers fans crowded the streets of downtown Los Angeles on Friday to celebrate the 2024 World Series Champions.
Players, their families and members of the Dodgers coaching staff rode double-decker buses along the parade route before making their way to Dodger Stadium for a victory rally in front of a sold-out crowd.
The Dodgers captured their eighth World Series title on Wednesday, beating the New York Yankees in five games. First baseman Freddie Freeman, who broke records by hitting home runs in the first four games and tied the record with 12 RBIs, was named Most Valuable Player.
