Many companies are advertising deals, freebies, or unique offerings in honor of Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 5. Here's what you should look for.

LIST: Election Day deals offer free food and rides

SALT LAKE CITY (KTVX/KUCW) – Many companies are advertising deals, freebies or unique offerings on Election Day.

While some offers available Tuesday require proof of voting, other offers are open to all customers. Here are some deals and steals to keep on your radar.

Free food

Krispy Kreme is offering one free glazed donut at participating locations on Election Day for all guests (limited to one per guest). The promotion also includes an "I Voted" sticker from the chain while supplies last.

IKEA is offering guests free frozen yogurt Tuesday, with no purchase necessary. Customers must show a printed or digital version of the coupon linked here.

The burger chain Johnny Rockets is offering a free milkshake with any purchase on Tuesday as long as customers show proof of voting (including their "I Voted" stickers) and mention "free shake" at the register.

At participating locations, Edible Arrangements is offering a free treat in-store to customers who show their "I Voted" sticker.

Other food deals and specials

For one day only (Nov. 5), Kneader's Bakery and Cafe is offering its chicken pesto sandwich and a chocolate eclair for $9.99.

Frozen yogurt shop Yogurtland is offering 15% off in-store purchases to customers who show their "I Voted" sticker at participating locations.

Uber Eats is offering 25% off orders (on orders of at least $25, with a maximum of $15 off). This deal is available from 6 p.m. on Nov. 5 until 7 a.m. local time on Nov. 6. Taxes and fees still apply, and the offer is valid only at participating and qualifying U.S. restaurants.

Discounted rides and rentals

Lime is offering two 30-minute rides (on rented scooters or bicycles) for free until the end of the day on Nov. 5. To get the free rides, use promo code "VOTE2024." The company said riders are not monitored or required by Lime to use the promo code for a ride to go vote. The free rides can be used for anything.

Rideshare services Uber and Lyft are both offering 50% off rides to polling places on Election Day.

If you're renting a car through Hertz for two or more days, one day will be free when using promo code 211636 upon reservation. Certain vehicles are excluded from the offer, and the vehicle must be picked up from participating locations by Nov. 5.
