“Widespread low clouds will continue to bring light rain, drizzle and fog to areas from the coast to the mountain slopes into the early afternoon,” the agency said. “High temperatures today will be near or a few degrees below seasonal averages.”
The rainfall has been very light, ranging from a few hundreds of an inch along the coast to half an inch in the mountains.
Highs on Sunday will be 65 to 70 along the coast and in the valleys, 55 to 63 in the mountains and 74 to 79 in the deserts.
The weather service said precipitation could return Monday through Wednesday, but dry conditions are expected for the Thanksgiving holiday.
