Kyle police arrest man related to the stalking of 13-year-old girl
The Kyle Police Department said it arrested a man Dec. 10 related to the stalking of a 13-year-old girl at a local convenience store.
KYLE, Texas (KXAN) — The Kyle Police Department said it arrested a man on Dec. 10 related to the stalking of a 13-year-old girl at a local convenience store.
KPD said 29-year-old Daniel Duran was being held at the Hays County jail on charges of stalking and resisting arrest.
According to police, video footage showed Duran following the victim through the store before leaving and waiting for her outside.
“The footage then shows him chasing the victim as she exited the store,” KPD said.
Following the incident, Kyle police said officers were able to quickly find and arrest Duran.
