Jay Cutler Arrested for DUI: Report 

Jay Cutler was reportedly arrested for driving under the influence.

Cutler, 41, was booked for a DUI at the Williamson County Jail in Nashville, according to online records viewed by TMZ. The NFL star posted bond several hours later and was released. The outlet also obtained his mugshot. According to the outlet, Cutler was also charged with failure to exercise due care, violation of implied consent law and possession of a handgun while under the influence.

Cutler, who was married to Kristin Cavallari from 2013 to 2022, has not further addressed the situation.

Cutler and Cavallari, 37, share custody of sons Camden and Jaxson, as well as daughter Saylor. She recently addressed their arrangement.

“When I was dating last fall, I was still doing split custody with my ex and I had every other week off from my kids and that’s changed,” the Hills alum said on her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast earlier this month. “I’m really happy and really content having my life right now being about my kids and work.”

Cutler and Cavallari both reside in Nashville with the kids. Following a messy divorce starting in 2020 (which was finalized two years later), the exes have remained committed to coparenting.

“I never thought we’d get here. I’m so happy about it because, you know, everyone wins when the parents are on good terms,” Cavallari admitted on a November 2023 podcast episode. “My kids see it. It’s just easier.”

She added at the time, “Life is really good right now and I’m so thankful for it. When I tell you guys, if we can get there, anyone can get there. I mean it.”

Two months earlier, Cutler confirmed his relationship with Samantha Robertson.

“Vive la France Congratulations @chanelhandel @amackenzietemplar. The most beautiful wedding ,” Robertson wrote via Instagram in September 2023, sharing photos with Cutler at a friend’s nuptials.

Before finding love with Robertson, Cutler briefly dated Jana Kramer following his divorce. Kramer, 40, later implied that she helped pick out the name of his beverage company, Gratis, but didn’t get any credit.

“When this person and I were hanging out, I named his beer company. … I named it. I have proof,” Kramer claimed during a 2022 episode of her “Whine Down” podcast. “I even gave the whole, like, what it stands for, how you should promote it. And then he would send me, ‘What is this design?’ I was like, ‘This design looks great.’ So then I get a call from Decker — Jessie James — because I still told her. And she goes, ‘Oh, it’s out.’ And I go, ‘He did not use the name?’ Oh, and the same design! And my promo for it!”

Kramer, who has since married Allan Russell, did not mention Cutler by name at the time. He also did not address the allegations but Us reached out at the time.
