ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – The Iroquois Healthcare Alliance announced its legislative priorities for 2025.
In a press conference held at the New York State Capitol on Monday, the alliance and state lawmakers gathered to discuss challenges in healthcare for upstate New York.
Among their top priorities was sustainable funding, workplace violence prevention, economic planning and investments, and worker shortages.
The Iroquois Healthcare Alliance was selected by the New York State Department of Health in January to receive over $690 million over a three-year period aimed at bolstering the healthcare workforce statewide.
