ST. LOUIS - The Mega Millions jackpot for Friday's drawing reached a jaw-dropping $1.15 billion, making it the fifth-largest prize in the game's history.
Here are Friday's winning Mega Millions numbers: 3, 7, 37, 49, and 55. Mega Ball number: 6.
The big question on everyone's mind: What would you do if you won?
FOX 2 spoke to several people venturing around the St. Louis area to see what they were dreaming of as they bought their tickets.
Kevin Weggins says, "I would buy some land, take my family out on a trip, and share my money with my friends."
Darryl Shaeffer says, "[There are] a lot of homeless people. People beg all the time, so I'll just give it to them, but I'll make sure they like a trust so they can have money coming in every month. But I'll give most of that money away. I don't need all that money."
Michael Flynn-Carr says, "I would definitely have to give back to charity. But also, I currently live in Philadelphia, and I saw the Eagles are selling off some shares of the team, so why not buy some shares and be part owner?"
Brandon Normal says, "Of course, I would pay off debt so I can get back in school. I also would probably buy my mom a house and probably help my grandparents out some."
