The public is invited to a Toddler Fall Festival this Sunday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Escaya Park to help a Chula Vista mom navigating cancer.
The free event, which includes a variety of festive activities such as a candy-alternative Trunk or Treat, arts and crafts, play zones and a photobooth, will raise funds for Help Hope Live in honor of Alexandria Cebreros, mother of 1-year-old Ezra.
Cebreros, 37, was recently diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer. As she battles the disease, she faces overwhelming medical expenses, despite having insurance. The funds raised will help offset the cost of her treatment and assist other families faced with similar challenges.
The festival is free to attend, with a suggested $15 donation for activity wristbands, which include a raffle ticket. Pan dulce snacks and additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase.
For more information or to register for the event, visit Help Hope Live. To support Alexandria, donations can be made at helphopelive.org/campaign/24371.
