A gunfight sparked by an argument between partygoers at a Halloween house party in Northglenn last week killed three people and sent three others to the hospital, police said.
The three victims who were injured at the party are expected to survive, the Northglenn Police Department said in a Tuesday update.
None of the partygoers who were killed in the gunfight have been publicly identified by the Adams County Coroner’s Office.
Northglenn officers responded to reports of shots fired at 12:01 a.m.,Thursday at a home near Belford Drive and Bruce Lane, police spokesperson James Burlison said.
When officers arrived, they found one person dead at the scene and five others who were injured, Burlison said. Two of the five people taken to the hospital later died from their injuries.
Police said investigators believe an argument between partygoers quickly escalated and multiple people pulled weapons, starting a gunfight.
No suspects have been arrested, but investigators have identified multiple people of interest and are attempting to locate and interview them, Northglenn police officials said Tuesday.
Anyone with information about the shooting or potential suspects should contact investigators at 303-450-8859.
