Fayette County 911 restored after construction project cut lines
The 911 system is back up and running in Fayette County after a construction company cut a line Thursday evening, the Fayette County Sheriff's Office told KXAN Friday.
AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The Fayette County 911 system is back up and running after a construction company accidentally cut a line Thursday evening, the Fayette County Sheriff's Office told KXAN Friday.
The agency said that a company was working on a road construction project north of LaGrange and cut the line around 8 p.m.
The 911 line restored around noon Friday, according to FCSO.
