BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A fire that occurred early Saturday morning caused an estimated $150,000 in damage to a vacant structure on Fargo Avenue, Buffalo fire officials announced.
Fire crews responded to a call just before 6 a.m. reporting a 2 1/2-story vacant structure fire on the 300 block of Fargo Avenue.
Officials said no damage was done to the building's contents, but due to the extent of the structural damage, a demolition was requested to ensure safety around the area.
No injuries have been reported and the fire remains under investigation.
