Downtown Albany Hot Chocolate Stroll businesses announced
The fifth annual Hot Chocolate Stroll participating businesses have been announced. The stroll is set for Dec. 7 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- The fifth annual Hot Chocolate Stroll participating businesses have been announced. The stroll is set for Dec. 7 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This year's Stroll will feature 25 participating restaurants and businesses throughout Downtown Albany. Hot chocolate lovers can purchase a ticket to receive a passport to stamp at each location and a commemorative mug.
Each guest who collects stamps from each location can enter into a chance to win a $50 Downtown Albany Gift Card. Once all the samples have been tried, guests can vote on their favorite hot chocolate at Union Station.
"We are proud to support this year’s largest-ever Hot Chocolate Stroll, which for many downtown Albany residents, employees, and visitors marks the official kick-off to the holiday season in downtown Albany," Joshua Wainman, president of Wainschaf Associates said. "We encourage everyone to take part in this festive holiday tradition and explore the many participating local businesses in one of Albany’s most beautiful and historic neighborhoods while enjoying the vibrant sense of community the event brings to Downtown each year."

This event has sold out for the two previous events. Organizers recommend purchasing tickets ahead of the event. Day-of-tickets will be available, while supplies last.
